- 2cl Pink grapefruit MONIN sirup
- 2cl Gin
- 1cl Suze
- 2cl white Vermouth
- Dried cherry tomato
- Take an Old style glass
- Pour the ingredients in a shaker, with some ice cubes
- Finish by adding a slice of pink grapefruit !
